Description
Summary Aadil Haq expects to die this morning. He detonates his bomb on the number 13 bus …but it fails to detonate. We follow Aadil over the course of a day in his life that should never have been. A chance encounter with a boy, Darren White, will force him to reconsider before embracing death again.
The following roles are being cast: Aadil: (Pakistani/Arab/Indian), playing age early 20’s. Darren White: (black) playing age 12; streetwise Aadil’s Mother: playing age 45-60. Old fashioned, set in her ways Amy: post woman playing age early 20’s Aadil’s Landlord: 40’s; gruff, unkempt burly Shooting will take place in London from 27th June to 1st July 2006. Equity student minimum rates apply and the cast will receive a copy of the film.
