In this exciting new era of entertainment, Pinewood Studios and Shepperton Studios have merged to consolidate two world-renowned UK production centres. The impressive heritage of these sister Studios dates back to the pioneering days of 1930's filmmaking. Pinewood Shepperton is the leading European provider of studio & film related services to the worldwide film industry.
At Pinewood Studios, the magical qualities of this former country estate endure, with a magnificent mansion house, formal gardens, lake, orchard and woodland. Pinewood's extensive site, 20 miles west of London, includes the vast 007 silent stage with its impressive water tank, and provides one of the largest external water tanks in Europe.
Shepperton Studios is situated in a former country park, 15 miles up river from London. The historic manor house on site is reputed to have been visited by a ghost on occasion, whilst the more legendary other-worldly characters at Shepperton have included Daleks, Triffids, and Ridley Scott's chilling creation, Alien.
The Studios provide the flexibility of 36 stages, award winning post production facilites, two purpose built digital wide-screen television studios, with backlots and grounds covering over 200 acres. We also host over 200 businesses across both sites providing a diverse and vibrant media campus for productions and tenants.
